Line In "Music on Hold" OBi508vs

Everything is working, even got three way calling working.

I can't figure out, is the music on hold supposed to play if I press "hold."   Or is there a star command to put people on hold with the music in the Line In?

I have a telephone that might be over-riding the MOH so I am trying to figure out if I need to replace the phone or if I am missing something.

I bought two new phones, and same thing.  The call center phones when you press hold seem to over ride any MOH.

I assume there is some star command but I can't find it in the manual.
